Pickup Order Policy
All pickup orders must be placed by 5:00 PM on the Tuesday prior to the event. Please ensure your order is collected within the designated pickup window. If the scheduled pickup time is missed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative pickup time, update the order for shipping, or proceed with cancellation, as appropriate.
